LD-1019 Tricep Overhead extension. This Tricep extension machine mimics the ‘skullcrusher’ Tricep exercise.
The arms of the machine can be adjusted to move in sync, or to move independently for iso-lateral training.
The seat is adjustable to suit the users height, it also comes with ‘kick start pedals’ to help lift and lower the weight into an easier range when performing the movement.
