Yes. The website quote journey is designed so you can build a wider equipment list before submitting your enquiry. This is useful for full gym fit-outs, strength areas, glute zones, cardio spaces, studio upgrades and mixed equipment packages.

ProductsIs the equipment customisable?
Yes. Items with a paint coating can be custom coloured to suit your gym. The Order Roadmap also references customisation options such as frame colours, upholstery, stitching and branding. Exact options depend on the product and should be confirmed as part of the quote process.
OrdersWhat is the typical lead time?
Most made-to-order equipment is currently planned around an estimated lead time of approximately 120 days from payment, subject to production, customisation, shipping, customs and wider logistics.
DeliveryHow long does shipping take?
Once manufacturing is complete, international shipping to the UK can take up to around 45 days, depending on route, customs and logistics conditions.
OrdersWhat happens after an order is approved?
Once the specification is agreed and the order is approved, an agreed deposit or payment is made and the order is placed into the production schedule. The equipment is then manufactured, packed, shipped to the UK, processed through customs, delivered to site and installed or handed over depending on the order.
OrdersWhat are the payment terms?
Payment terms are confirmed on your quote, invoice and order documentation. Deposits, balances and release of goods are handled according to the agreed quote, invoice and Terms & Conditions.
FinanceDo you offer finance?
Yes. Realleader UK has partnered with Johnson Reed to help customers explore business finance options for gym equipment. Finance is subject to status, approval and the terms provided by the finance provider.
InstallationDo you offer installation?
Yes. Realleader UK can provide delivery, assembly and setup. The Order Roadmap states that engineers assemble, level and test equipment, including checks such as cable tensioning and bolt checks. The exact installation scope should be confirmed as part of the quote.
InstallationWhat do I need to prepare for delivery or installation?
Make sure accurate access information is provided before delivery or installation. This includes parking, unloading access, doors, lifts, stairs, floor level and any site restrictions. A staff member must be available on site to assist and provide access where required. Additional charges may apply if access is restricted, denied or inaccurate.
DeliveryShould I check the equipment when it arrives?
Yes. Packaging should be checked for visible transit damage before signing. Do not sign as undamaged unless the packaging has been visually inspected. Any damage should be reported to Realleader UK immediately upon receipt.
DeliveryDo you deliver nationwide?
Realleader UK supplies gyms across the UK. Delivery may be handled by specialist courier or by the in-house team depending on the order, product type and site requirements. Delivery details should be confirmed before dispatch.

The team will keep you updated as your order progresses through the main stages, including specification, production, shipping, UK arrival, delivery planning and installation where applicable. For a specific update, contact the team with your order details.
WarrantyDoes the equipment come with a warranty?
Warranty cover depends on the item, component and order terms. Check your quote, invoice and Terms & Conditions for the cover that applies to your order.

Warranty exclusions can include normal wear and tear unless agreed in writing, customer tampering or attempted repair, unauthorised relocation, environmental damage, rust, corrosion, poor maintenance, unsuitable storage, misuse, improper loading and damage caused by poor care.
WarrantyAre customers responsible for maintenance?
Yes. The Terms & Conditions state that machines require routine checks and that customers must follow manufacturer maintenance guidelines. Failure to maintain equipment properly may lead to additional repair costs and may affect warranty or returns.
OrdersCan I return unwanted goods?
Unwanted goods are not refundable as standard. Any repurchase option would be at Realleader UK’s discretion and subject to the agreed Terms & Conditions.
SupportDo you have an affiliate programme?
Yes. Realleader UK offers affiliates 15% of each referred order's sales profit.
