Terms of Payment
Equipment sales - 100% of the full cost of the order is to be paid immediately, unless otherwise stated in writing.
A deposit of 50% paid immediately can be negotiated when dealing with finance providers.
A deposit of 50% may be agreed in writing in other circumstances.
The remaining invoice balance must be cleared prior to goods arriving at UK ports.
If the balance is not cleared once goods pass UK customs, Realleader UK LTD may place goods in storage until cleared.
Storage fees must be paid by the customer before release.

Failure to provide accurate access details may result in additional charges.

Delivery times and engineer booking slots are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to strikes.

Realleader UK LTD will try to ensure 3rd party deliveries arrive on time.
Realleader UK LTD cannot guarantee courier accuracy.
Errors by couriers, manufacturers or theft are not grounds to withhold payment.
If an error or fault occurs with orders, Realleader UK LTD will rectify the issue.
Realleader UK LTD will contact all relevant parties to correct the order.
If no amendment is possible, Realleader UK LTD will seek reimbursement from relevant parties.
Realleader UK LTD will refund the customer for the affected goods at the invoice price.
Returns & Refunds
For deposits left against gym equipment and/or other Realleader UK LTD goods, after 3 months without full settlement, Realleader UK LTD reserves the right to repossess all goods.
Realleader UK LTD may repossess goods unless an alternative settlement agreement is made in writing.
All goods remain the property of Realleader UK LTD until payment is made in full.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Litigation may result in legal costs being charged to the customer.
Costs required to repossess goods, including use of bailiffs, will be incurred by the customer.
Our warranty is only valid for the UK mainland.
If equipment is purchased outside the UK mainland, Realleader UK LTD will handle communication with the manufacturer for appropriate arrangements.
Due to atmospheric conditions heart rate monitors can be temperamental.
Customers should not presume full accuracy of heart rate or pulse sensors.
Machines require routine daily checks.
Machines require routine weekly checks.
Machines require routine monthly checks.
Checks include belts, decks, upholstery, foot straps, lubrication, tracking, tension and resistance calibration.
Customers must follow manufacturer guidelines.
Customers have a duty of care for equipment while in possession.
Failure to maintain equipment may incur costs and may make items non-returnable.
Warranty becomes invalid if customers tamper or attempt repair during warranty.
Realleader UK LTD may remove equipment for off-site repair if necessary.
Customers must have staff available to assist loading if equipment is collected.
Cancellation must be made within 7 days of order.
Cancellation must be in writing.
Telephone cancellation is not accepted.
Cancellation must be acknowledged and agreed in writing by Realleader UK LTD.
Deposits are non-refundable unless stated.
Handling fees, courier fees, manufacturing costs or other stated fees may be deducted from refunds.
For unwanted goods, Realleader UK LTD may repurchase equipment.
Repurchase rate may be up to 30% of equipment retail price.
Repurchase is subject to quality inspection.
Labour costs for disassembly will be deducted.
Labour cost varies depending on equipment complexity.
Any repurchase agreement must be confirmed in writing via email.
Realleader UK LTD reserves the right not to repurchase unwanted goods.
If equipment is repurchased, an engineer will collect at the earliest mutually agreeable time.
Repurchase payments will be made within 14 days of receiving the equipment.
Remaining invoice balances must be settled within 14 days of installation.
Refund calculations include handling fees, labour, manufacturing costs and other relevant fees.
Transit-related damage or incorrect items does not justify withholding outstanding invoice payments.
Realleader UK LTD will install all suitable goods and correct manufacturer errors at no further cost.
Customers are encouraged to view equipment at showroom sites prior to purchase.
If part of a consignment is missing or faulty, this does not justify withholding payment for remaining items.
Warranty
Warranty on our REFURBISHED equipment is 30 days.
The warranty starts from the date of receiving the item.
Warranty duration may differ only if noted otherwise on the invoice.

Service call-out fees may apply depending on travel distance required by our engineers.
Warranty for upholstery is 3 months without a service contract.

Electrical components, including treadmill electrical parts and LCD screens, are covered for 1 year from the date of receiving the item without a service contract.

Extended warranties can be purchased for parts and labour.
Extended warranties do not include call-out charges.
Extended warranties do not include diagnostic charges.
Extended warranties only cover labour hours.
Call-out fees vary depending on customer location.
Broken parts caused by normal wear and tear are not covered.
Broken parts from normal wear and tear may be covered only if Realleader UK LTD agrees in writing.
All parts will be replaced at the sole discretion of Realleader UK LTD.
All parts will be repaired at the sole discretion of Realleader UK LTD.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
The warranty is non-transferable.
Warranty becomes invalid if the customer attempts to tamper with equipment.

Warranty becomes invalid if the customer attempts any form of repair during the warranty period.

Misuse includes standing on padded items.
Misuse includes overloading equipment beyond its intended capacity.

Our warranty outside the UK:
Warranty is valid only for UK mainland purchases.
If equipment is purchased outside UK mainland, Realleader UK LTD will assist communication with the manufacturer.
Realleader UK LTD may remove equipment from customer premises for repair if onsite repair is not possible.
If off-site repair is necessary, a staff member must be available to assist with loading.
Warranty and delivery requirements for new and refurbished equipment are as stated in the quotation.
Realleader UK LTD reserves the right not to accept customer orders.
Liability
Risk of damage to the products shall pass to the customer under the following circumstances:
In the case of products delivered at Realleader UK LTD premises, risk passes when the customer is notified that products are available for collection.
In the case of products delivered elsewhere, risk passes at the time of delivery.
If the customer wrongfully fails to take delivery, risk passes when Realleader UK LTD has tendered delivery.
In the case of products installed by Realleader UK LTD, risk passes upon notification that installation is complete.
Legal and beneficial title to products will not pass to the customer until payment is received in full.
Payment must be in cash or cleared funds.
Title does not pass until the customer has paid for all products supplied by Realleader UK LTD.
Title does not pass until all outstanding money is repaid, regardless of how that indebtedness arose.
Until payment is made and title passes, the customer holds the products as bailee.
The customer must store products separately.
The customer must store products in a suitable environment.
The customer must keep products identifiable as supplied by Realleader UK LTD.
The customer must insure the products against reasonable risks.
The customer must not pledge the products.
The customer must not use products as security.
If this occurs, all monies owed to Realleader UK LTD become immediately due and payable.
Realleader UK LTD reserves the right to repossess any products where title has not passed.
Realleader UK LTD may repossess products without notice.
The customer authorises Realleader UK LTD to enter premises for repossession.
Realleader UK LTD may inspect products to ensure compliance.
Realleader UK LTD is not liable for any costs associated with product removal.
The customer’s right to possession terminates if a material breach occurs.
Termination occurs if the customer enters a voluntary insolvency arrangement.
Termination occurs if the customer becomes subject to a bankruptcy order.
Termination occurs if the customer becomes subject to an administration order.
Termination occurs if the customer convenes a meeting of creditors.
Termination occurs if the customer enters voluntary or compulsory liquidation.
Termination occurs if a receiver, manager, administrator, or administrative receiver is appointed.
Termination occurs if documents are filed for appointment of an administrator.
Termination occurs if the customer stops trading or threatens to stop trading.
Termination occurs if control of the customer’s business changes.
Realleader UK LTD reserves the right to withdraw guarantees or warranty.
Warranty may be withdrawn if materials are not fit for purpose.

Realleader UK LTD will not be liable for loss of profit.
Realleader UK LTD will not be liable for any indirect loss.

Realleader UK LTD will not be liable for costs or expenses arising in connection with supply of goods or services.
Realleader UK LTD will not be liable whether caused by servants, agents, subcontractors, or otherwise.
All implied warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The only exception is Section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 relating to title.
The customer shall indemnify Realleader UK LTD for loss or damage caused to any equipment.

Installation & Servicing
The services shall be rendered in accordance with the specification set out in the order confirmation.
The specification may be amended by mutual agreement at any time.
Realleader UK LTD may provide plans, diagrams, or similar documents in advance.

Realleader UK LTD shall render the services with reasonable care and skill.

Upon completion of installation, the customer will be asked to sign a certificate of completion.
The certificate of completion confirms that services have been carried out.
The customer must note any dissatisfaction on the certificate at the time of signing.
Realleader UK LTD will correct any defects caused by its own actions at no cost.
Realleader UK LTD accepts no liability for defects not noted on the certificate of completion.
The customer must ensure all building works are complete before installation begins.

Building works include electrical work.

Building works include air conditioning.
Building works include any work that may obstruct installation.
Failure to complete building works may delay installation.
Failure to provide access may extend installation duration.
Installation prices may be reviewed if obstructions are present.

Realleader UK LTD must be provided unrestricted access to the site during normal business hours.
Realleader UK LTD must be provided access at any additional times previously advised.
If any consents, licences, or permissions are required, the customer must obtain them.
Required permissions may include landlord consent.
Required permissions may include planning approval.
Required permissions may include local authority approval.
Required permissions may include permits from other third parties.
The customer must ensure Realleader UK LTD can access the property at agreed times.
The customer may provide a set of keys for access.
Alternatively, the customer may be present to grant access.
Realleader UK LTD is not responsible for building security.
Realleader UK LTD is not responsible for security of the property’s contents.
The customer must ensure access to electrical outlets.
The customer must ensure access to lighting.
The customer must ensure access to heating.
The customer must ensure access to hot running water.
The customer must ensure access to cold running water.
The customer must provide at least 5 business days' notice if services cannot be provided on an agreed day.
If less than 5 business days' notice is provided, Realleader UK LTD will invoice for lost working hours.
When installation commences, machines must be accessible to the premises.
Inaccessibility due to parked vehicles may affect installation.
Inaccessibility due to items blocking doorways may affect installation.
Inaccessibility due to stairs may affect installation.
Failure to provide access may result in additional charges.

Access is required for servicing, engineering work, maintenance or installation.
If access is denied or unavailable, charges will be applied for time lost.
