We review your layout, budget and training style, then help you build a full equipment list and floor plan.

Showroom Visit (optional but recommended)
Visit our showroom to try the equipment, compare biomechanics and finalise preferences.

Customisation & Final Specification
Choose frame colours, upholstery, stitching and branding. We confirm the final machine list and check compatibility for access and installation.

Quotation & Deposit
We provide an itemised quote with transparent pricing. Once approved, an agreed deposit is paid and your order is placed in the production schedule. Your equipment is custom-built to order and covered by our Terms & Conditions.

Manufacturing
Your order goes into production at our partner factories. Machines are welded, coated, upholstered and assembled to your specification. Lead times are typically around 120 days from payment, subject to external factors such as holidays, strikes or logistics delays.

Shipping to the UK
Once complete, the equipment is securely packed and shipped to the UK. We manage customs clearance and port handling. Remaining invoice balance must be cleared before goods are released from port.

Delivery to Your Site
Your order is delivered via a specialist courier or our in-house team for refurbished items. Adequate access and parking must be available. Packaging must be inspected for visible damage and any issues reported immediately.

Installation & Setup
Our engineers assemble, level and test your equipment, including cable tensioning and bolt checks. A staff member must be onsite to assist and provide access. Additional charges may apply if access is restricted or inaccurate.

Handover & Aftercare
We walk you through the installed kit and answer any questions. You then have ongoing WhatsApp support for maintenance advice, replacement parts and future expansions.
