LD-1005 Biceps Curl

The LD-1005 Biceps Curl is designed around the natural pivot of the elbow joint, maintaining tension through the full flexion cycle for consistent biceps loading. The adjustable seat lever allows users to fine-tune their position so the upper arm sits securely on the angled pad, keeping the shoulder stable and eliminating momentum.

The well-padded arm support and secure foot platforms help the user brace correctly for stronger concentric and eccentric control. Each side is independently plate-loaded, improving left-to-right balance and offering a smooth resistance curve suited to heavy curls or strict hypertrophy work.

LD-2011 Leg Press

The oversized, angled footplate allows multiple stance variations for targeting different areas of the legs while maintaining strong, stable contact. LD-2001 Leg Extension

The LD-2001 Leg Extension is engineered to isolate the quadriceps through a natural knee-extension arc while ensuring proper joint alignment. Adjustable shin pads and seat positioning allow users to align the machine’s pivot with their knee, creating efficient force transfer and reducing stress on the joint.

Each leg is plate-loaded independently, allowing precise iso-lateral training to correct imbalances and improve symmetry. Independent loading also creates a smooth, consistent resistance curve from the start of the rep to full lockout.

A start-position adjustment lever on each side allows users to begin and end the movement safely and comfortably, even with heavier loads.

The LD-1009 Level Row is engineered to deliver a powerful and biomechanically correct pulling motion. Its adjustable seat and chest pad allow users of all heights to align their torso and shoulder complex in the strongest position for lat and mid-back engagement.

The movement path follows the natural arc of a rowing action, with two handle options to suit different mechanics. Narrow neutral grips emphasise lat recruitment and scapular depression, while the wider straight handles promote upper-back activation and a more open pulling pattern.

The machine supports both bilateral and single-arm training, and the integrated rear support handle stabilises the torso during heavy unilateral sets. Each arm is plate-loaded independently, offering balanced loading and a smooth iso-lateral feel. Storage pegs provide convenient space for additional plates.
