RS-1012B Shoulder Press. This heavy duty shoulder press machine is durable and suited for frequent use. Its seat is adjustable for the user's height - and it comes with s afety guards to support weight before and after exercise. The handles are angled allowing for different pressing grips and it has a natural smooth movement path. It's suited for bilateral and single arm training. Each arm is plate-loaded - with extra storage space for weight plates on either side of the machine.
