Overview
LD-1019 Triceps Overhead extension. This Triceps extension machine mimics the ‘skullcrusher’ Triceps exercise. The arms of the machine can be adjusted to move in sync, or to move independently for iso-lateral training. The seat is adjustable to suit the user's height, it also comes with ‘kick start pedals’ to help lift and lower the weight into an easier range when performing the movement.
