LD-1013 Pectoral Machine. This incline pec fly machine has been engineered for optimal biomechanics, its smooth movement path and rotating handles are sure to give any user their best contractions. A lever under the seat can adjust for the user's height. The safety pedal underneath allows users to start/finish the exercise in a safe position, minimising injury risk. The machine is plate-loaded on either side with independent moving arms, making it suitable both bilateral and iso-lateral training.
