LD-1009 Level Row. This heavy duty row machine comes with an adjustable seat and chest pad for the user's height. The arms of the machine move in a natural path - with both narrow neutral handles and wider straight handles for optimal mechanics in different back movements. Suitable for bilateral or single arm training - with an extra support handle behind the chest support fit for purpose. The machine is plate-loaded at either side and has storage space for extra weight plates.
