RS-1009 Iso-Lateral Low Row. This heavy duty low row machine has an adjustable seat for the user's height. The arms of the machine move in a natural path and the handles are slightly angled for improved movement mechanics. Suitable for bilateral or single arm training - with an extra support handle behind the chest support fit for purpose. The top of each arm is plate-loaded and the machine comes with generous extra storage space for weight plates.
