Overview
PF-1005 Back Extension / Ab crunch. This machine is dual purpose training both back and core. Levers on the arm of the machine allow users to adjust the start position / exercise choice. It’s well padded throughout for optimal comfort during movement. It has foot pedals and handles either side of the chair for support during exercise.
