M7Pro-2009 Prone Leg curl. This lying hamstring curl machine is sturdy, well padded throughout and has smooth movement. The machine is adjustable with a lever at the ‘knee joint’ to adjust the start position, and another to adjust the ankle pad to the user's preference. There are handles at the front to grip for support during the movement. Weight is easily adjusted with the pin-loaded weight stack.
