LD-1014 Low Row. This premium low-row machine has been engineered for optimal biomechanics, ensuring a great user experience. The arms of the machine move in a natural path, and the curved handles allow for neutral or overhand grip placement. A lever under the seat and behind the chest pad allows for adjustments for the user's height. Each arm of this low row is plate-loaded at the top and moves independently - making the machine suitable for bilateral or iso-lateral training. Handles behind the chest pad allow for support during single-arm movements. Extra storage space for weight plates can be found on either side of the machine.
