LD-1012 Front Lat Pulldown. This premium front pulldown comes with several adjustable features, including an adjustable seat, knee pads and chest support for the user's height. This pulldown has been engineered for optimal biomechanics, giving the arms of the machine a great natural movement path for better contractions. Each arm is plate-loaded and moves independently, making it suitable for bilateral or iso-lateral training. Additional handles behind the chest pad provide support for single-arm movements. This machine also comes with extra pins for storing weight plates.
