Plyo Box Set. These plyo boxes are suitable for plyometric jump training, circuit training, as back support for movements like hip thrusts and more. They're robust, durable, easy to use and can be stacked and strapped securely with velcro-tabs. 4 boxes come in this set, the height of each box from smallest to largest is 15cm, 30cm, 45cm and 60cm.
