M3-1010 Biceps Curl. This biceps curl machine is adjustable with two levers, one under the seat to adjust for the user's height, another on the arm of the machine to adjust the starting position. The handles of the machine naturally rotate allowing for a more natural movement path for the user. Either side of the seat has arm padding for supporting strict form - with the backrest slightly inclined allowing full arm extension. Weight is adjusted with a pin-loaded weight stack. This M3 series machine has a sleek, modern design. The painting process is covered with zinc spray at the bottom, middle layer spray metal, with a final transparent powder line.
