LD-1004 Lateral Raise/Rear Deltoid. This premium lateral/rear delt machine is set up for standing and seated raises on opposing sides. The seat and the standing platform are both adjustable. Each arm of the machine is plate-loaded and suitable for bilateral or single arm training. The handles also allow for a natural movement path during the exercise.
